Tiny bubbles are bright and lead to a soft yeast. 3.5Pineapple, minerality, pear, some freshly cut grass and spices in the nose, medium body and acidity, small, but a bit rough bubbles, citrus, pear, minerality, hints of pineapple, little vanilla and wooden aromas on the palate, medium finish.
