Irishmans Blackberry Malt Whiskey
Ingredients
- 4–5 blackberries (fresh)
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 3/4 ounces Jameson
- 3/4 ounce lime juice (fresh)
- 3 1/2 ounces sparkling water (or enough to fill the glass)
- Garnish: Lemon peel
- Gather the ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries with simple syrup. Add lime and whiskey and shake well with ice. Double strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon peel and blackberry. Serve and enjoy!
